WHAT MATTERS TO ME

Private Yoga

Growing.

Becoming the best verson of myself.

Using less desirable life experience as a catalyst for growing (seems to be a theme, eh!).

Finding the path of ease and least resistance.

Reminding you that you are loved, whole & more than enough.

Connectig with others & lifting them up.

This "lifting" has taken many forms. I've led youth groups, I guide yoga practitioners, teach about natural solutions for empowered wellness, lead and coach an amazing network marketing team, and most importantly, keep sight (most of the time) of what makes me happy, what my passions are, what I need to do to feel good because the most powerful way to teach is by example.

I'm constantly refining my definition of lifting others. Currently, I find myself desiring most to empower others to lift themselves by finding the source of strength, power and wisdom within that each and every one of us is endowed with (yes, especially YOU.)

I am passionate about utilizing many tools with my clients that aleviate stress, build a stronger sense of self worth, and facilitate personal growth & empowerment. Because every individual is beautifully unique I apply years of experience (here's my professional background) and clear intuition to help each client I walk with craft a Self Care Plan (AKA Plan of Being) that is as unique as she is.

I am appreciative beyond measure to have the opportunity to help intelligent, intuitive and forward-thinking women utilize simple and effective tools in support of health, growth, productivity and abundant well-being.

You matter to me. And I can't wait to meet you.

xo,

Maria
